Golden Triangle with Ajmer & Pushkar Tour. The Golden Triangle is a popular tourist route that encompasses three cities: Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. These cities are replete with old monuments that once functioned as people's homes. The Taj Mahal is one of these sites' main attractions; it is said that the colour of this white marble monument varies according to the time of day. Ajmer is a city surrounded by the Aravalli Hills and is famous for the Dargah Sharif which is shrine dedicated to Sufi saint Moinuddin Chishti. Pushkar is a small town just 11 km. from Ajmer. Pushkar is surrounded with stunning view of landscapes and temples.

Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi arrival

Our driver will be waiting for you at the Delhi airport when you arrive so that you may be taken to the accommodation you have reserved. Take it easy and get comfortable there. The next stop is a sightseeing tour of Delhi, led by your knowledgeable tour guide. Your guide will take you to the Mahatma Gandhi memorial complex at Delhi's Raj Ghat. Following this, you will be shown the Qutub Minar, a triumphal arch atop the ruins of Lal Kot, the oldest fortified city in Delhi. Get out of Rashtrapati Bhawan and Red Fort as soon as your guide finishes telling you their interesting histories. The following stop is Humayun's Tomb, a mausoleum for Mirza Nasir al-Din that dates back to the 16th century. As the sun sets, your guide will lead you to India Gate, a World War I memorial erected by the British to honor the lives of those who gave their lives in the conflict. Then, before heading back to your accommodation for the night, you have the option to browse at the adjacent markets.

Day 2 Delhi-Agra

You will depart from your hotel and start your journey to Agra after a full breakfast. We will escort you to your accommodation upon your arrival in Agra. The next stop is the Agra Fort, a remnant of the Mughal Empire. The visit to Itmad-ud-Daula's tomb, also known as the Baby Taj, is almost here. We'll take you to Mehtab Bagh in the afternoon to see the Taj Mahal at sunset. Then, if you're interested, you can peruse the local handicraft markets of Agra. Returning to your accommodation is the next step after finishing your sightseeing.

Day 3 Agra-Jaipur

You will be able to witness the magnificence of the Taj Mahal at sunrise, as we will start our journey early today. The soothing effect of the sun's rays on this marble building is immense. After you return for a healthy breakfast, you will check out of your guesthouse and start your drive toward Jaipur. Fatehpur Sikri, the ancient capital of the Mughals, is a must-see along the route. Only thirteen years of usage led to the city's inundation. Following that, proceed toward Jaipur. There, at your hotel, you will check in. The Stone Observatory (Jantar Mantar) is the next stop on your journey; it keeps the time using relics from bygone eras. Before you head back to your hotel, you'll get the opportunity to stop at Jal Mahal for some photo ops that you can share on social media. The next step is to visit some nearby marketplaces. It's about time to head back to the hotel for the night.

Day 4 Jaipur

After a leisurely breakfast, we made our way to the hilltop Amber Fort, a place of breath-taking beauty and fascinating history. Additionally, an elephant ride is available there. After that, you'll make your way to City Palace, the current residence of the royal family of Jaipur. It's about that time you went to the Albert Hall Museum, Jaipur's oldest museum. After that, you'll make your way back to the hotel for the night.

Day 5 Jaipur-Pushkar

After breakfast, drive toward Pushkar and visit the Savitri Temple, Old Rangji Temple, Apteshwar Temple, Paap Mochini Temple, Raghunath Temple, and Mahadeva Temple. These temples not only give a spiritual retreat but also lead visitors through the historic streets of this old city. After sightseeing, drive to Ajmer. Ajmer is located in the northern Indian state of Rajasthan. Ajmer Sharif Dargah, a domed shrine dedicated to Muslim Sufi saint Garib Nawaz, is located south of the city's manmade Ana Sagar Lake. Mughal emperor Akbar built a 16th-century palace that houses the Ajmer Government Museum, showcasing armour and stone sculptures. Mayo College's Indo-Saracenic-style museum showcases paintings and historical artefacts. Later, drive toward Pushkar and spend overnight in Pushkar.

Day 6 Pushkar-Delhi

After a fulfilling breakfast you will check-out from your hotel and then enjoy your drive towards Delhi. Once you reach Delhi you will be transferred to Delhi airport from where you will continue your travel onwards.
